Designed for six residents, this intergenerational co-living project is situated within the Ouseburn in Newcastle. It accommodates three students and three elderly people aged 70 and over. The building is part of a larger site strategy containing two further dwellings, each also accommodating 6 residents. As a community of 18 people they have access to e-bikes and a range of community facilities.
